The atmosphere here is really peaceful, and the staff are super friendly and attentive. The rooms are recently renovated and a good size. They also have hypo-allergenic pillows, which is a great bonus for anyone with allergies! 🌿

It had quiet and nice location, close enough to downtown, the center and restaurants. In general the staff were hospitable and excellent.

The room was reasonably large, had exceptionally comfortable and included a microwave oven, a dishwasher, coffee and tea making equipment. A fully-fitted kitchen was a plus. The hotel's location was amazing, just next door to downtown Sister Bay restaurants and shops, Pheasant Park in Sister Bay, WI, and shops, dining, and marina.

I loved everything about the property. The room was spacious and beautiful with a cozy fireplace. The kitchen was huge and fully equipped. Having two bathrooms was a great convenience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to shops and dining. The resort amenities were fantastic with indoor/outdoor pools and BBQ grills.

The location of the resort was fantastic, being close to Sister Bay Beach. It was convenient to take a walk around the city center, which was just a short distance from the hotel. The rooms were well-maintained, spotless, and had a balcony.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, which made us feel relaxed and cozy. The location was also convenient, with easy access to shops, dining, and the marina. It was great to have everything within a short walking distance. Additionally, the property amenities, such as the full kitchens, indoor/outdoor pools, and BBQ grills.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. It would have been helpful to have been given a proper orientation upon arrival.

Everything was amazing, my next choice again in Sister Bay. I asked for a suite and the one given was nicely decorated and beautifully maintained. The staff was helpful from my arrival up until I left. The location was peaceful and ideal, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Sister Bay Marina. The hotel was in a such beautiful area, right by shops, dining, and marina on Bay Shore Drive, downtown, and Sister Bay.

The hotel is clean, with great facilities and close to main attractions. The staff is incredible.

The location to Pheasant Park is ideal as it allows easy access to the town of Sister Bay and the beautiful marina on Green Bay. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to explore the charming shops and restaurants in the area.

It would be beneficial for the management to improve communication and provide better customer service, especially during the off-season.

I absolutely loved the room at Pheasant Park Resort! It was well laid out and beautifully decorated, with a balcony. Plus, it had all the amenities I needed – a microwave oven, dishwasher, and coffee and tea making equipment. The location was perfect too – it was close to restaurants, Sister Bay, Pheasant Park, and the marina on Green Bay. Such a great place to stay!
